How much does this service cost?
If you're buying a home as our client, nothing! Real estate commissions are typically paid by the seller for the services of both the seller's agent and the buyer's agent. Of course, if anything out of the ordinary comes up, we'll let you know beforehand!
How do you work with clients?
All home finding missions begin with a phone call (or video chat if you prefer) so that we can learn exactly what you're looking for in a home. From there, we'll keep in touch through email and/or text as matching homes pop up in the market. Home tours can be done in person if you're local or virtually if you're remote. To make the process quick, easy, and convenient for our clients, we send all documents for signing electronically or via mobile notary.
Do you serve areas other than Boise?
Yes! Although our name is Boise HomeFinder, we specialize in cities all across the Treasure Valley including: Eagle, Garden City, Meridian, Nampa, Kuna, Middleton, and Caldwell.
What if I'm not in Idaho? Do you work with people remotely?
Remote work is our specialty! Boise HomeFinder was created to streamline the home-buying process for local and out-of-state buyers alike. We can do home tours virtually via a video call or record a video of our walkthrough and share it with you. All documents are sent and signed electronically so you can sign from wherever you are!
Do you list/sell houses?
Yes! One person's house is another person's dream home. Please get in touch with us for more info on listing your home.
